Refund policy

Returns & Refund:

If you receive the wrong product, or if the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return it without any additional return fees.

Return policy allows you to return the product within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. The refund will be issued to the same source.

If you simply wish to return the product for any reason, a return shipping fee of SAR/DHS  35 will be charged. We will process your request within 15 days.

Our return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes. Please try the perfume only using the provided sample.

The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, in good condition, and in its original box or packaging, along with the original invoice. Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. We will not accept returns if the original box or packaging has been damaged or tampered with. After receiving and inspecting the product, the full amount paid will be refunded, minus the shipping fee.

We may not accept returns if the product has been damaged or soiled. Once we have inspected the product and approved its return, we will refund the price you paid for it, excluding the initial shipping fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to the online store address. Please note that shipping and payment fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchange

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact customer service to cancel it, provided your order has not already been processed. In this case, we will treat the cancellation as a return. Please refer to the Returns section below for more information.

Cash on Delivery Orders: If a customer repeatedly requests cancellation or fails to receive their order from the delivery company without a valid reason, the company reserves the right to cancel the Cash on Delivery option for that customer.

The exchange and return policy does not include the following products: incense, oils, and body sprays.
